Eco-Friendly Recycling Process
We follow strict environmental protocols to reclaim resources and destroy hazardous wastes.
Safe Fluid Depollution
Our technicians drain all toxic fluids (engine oil, coolant, transmission fluid, air conditioner refrigerants, and petrol/diesel). Drained fluids are vacuumed into sealed containment tanks to avoid soil leakage or groundwater poisoning.
Component Salvaging
Lead-acid batteries, catalytic converters, tires, and glass panels are extracted carefully. Clean, functioning components are refurbished, while heavy metals and battery acids are sent to specialized recycling plants.
Wire & Core Extraction
Wiring harnesses and electronic control modules are stripped to recover valuable materials like copper, aluminum, and silicon, preventing tech waste from filling landfill dumps.
Frame Shredding & Smelting
The remaining steel body is crushed and shredded into dense steel bales. This high-grade scrap metal is sent to local steel smelting mills, reducing carbon emissions by 75% compared to raw iron ore mining.
