1. Vehicle Ownership Declaration
By submitting your vehicle details to Cars Scrap Delhi, you declare under penalty of perjury that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle or hold explicit legal authorization (e.g., Power of Attorney, deceased owner legal heir certificate) to scrap the vehicle.
2. Accuracy of Vehicle Details
The seller must provide honest information regarding the vehicle's engine status, structural damage, parts availability, and pending traffic fines. If the physical condition of the car differs from details provided online, we reserve the right to revise the initial price offer or cancel the pickup.
3. Free Towing and Inspections
Towing services are provided free of cost across Delhi NCR, subject to access road availability for our towing trucks. The owner must cooperate by presenting the original Registration Certificate (RC) and an active identity proof during inspection.
4. Payment Terms
Payouts are made immediately at the time of doorstep loading via secure digital bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/UPI) or cash within legal limits. We do not tow the vehicle until payment has been successfully initiated.
5. Legal Liabilities after Scrapping
Once the vehicle is dismantled, we cut and destroy the chassis plate and provide a Certificate of Destruction. The seller remains liable for any traffic violations, legal cases, bank hypothecations, or criminal cases associated with the vehicle prior to the date of the scrap transaction.
